Return & Refund Policy

We want every team that works with Detoxificationri to feel genuinely supported. This Return & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds and adjustments are handled for our wellness program subscriptions.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all program subscriptions purchased directly from Detoxificationri, including the Steady Focus Series, Energy Reset Cycle and Balanced Day Track listed on our Programs page. Custom enterprise engagements are governed by the terms of their individual proposal.
2. Trial window
Every new program subscription includes a 14-day comfort window starting from the official kick-off date. During this period you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of the first quarterly fee, minus any direct third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
3. Quarterly billing
Our subscriptions are billed quarterly in advance. If you choose to discontinue after the comfort window has passed, you may cancel at any time and the program will conclude at the end of the current paid quarter. Partial refunds for the remainder of a quarter are not available, but you keep full access until the period ends.
4. How to request a refund or cancellation
Refund and cancellation requests should be sent by email to infocenter@detoxificationri.world and include:
- The name of the organization associated with the subscription.
- The program name and start date.
- A short reason for the request (we use this only to improve our service).
We confirm receipt within one business day and process eligible refunds within ten business days, using the original payment method.
5. Adjustments and substitutions
If a program isn't quite the right fit, we are happy to discuss a switch to another track in our catalog. Substitutions are handled at no extra charge during the comfort window and pro-rated transparently outside of it.
6. Service interruptions
In the unlikely event that a planned session cannot be delivered for reasons within our control, we will reschedule or credit the equivalent value to your next billing cycle. Force-majeure events (such as natural emergencies, infrastructure outages or public authority restrictions) are handled through a good-faith conversation about rescheduling.
7. Non-refundable items
Optional printed materials, custom branded content and third-party hardware recommendations purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once shipped or activated.
